Full Service Wedding Planning – For couples with demanding schedules who desire a consultant to assist them through the entire wedding planning process. From reception site selection to choosing a photographer; wedding etiquette advice to selecting invitations; interviewing a DJ or band to deciding on a cake…your consultant will be with you every step of the way. A favorite of out-of-town brides planning long-distance, this package also includes all the services of Day-of Wedding Coordination.

Day-Of Wedding Coordination – Our most common package. Includes a planning meeting one month in advance of the wedding, a personalized wedding day schedule, follow-up calls to all vendors, full rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day coordination – from start to finish.

Vendor Research – We will save you time and money by doing research and presenting you with a list of vendors matching your budget and taste.

Online Consultant – For brides doing their own planning, but who would like the resource of a consultant via email for etiquette, vendor recommendations, etc.

Invitations and Accessories – We save our brides time and money by offering Carlson Craft and Regency invitations, stationery and accessories at significant discounts.

First Dance Choreography and Instruction – Shawn Marie and her husband James, former dance instructors, will choreograph all or sections of your first dance – then come to your home for personalized instruction. You’ll be confident on the dance floor in no time!
